COVID-19 BOOKING INFORMATION
This covid update applies to Makeup services, 1:1 Lessons, Brow Tattooing and Gift Cards provided by Chloe Eve.
DEPOSITS
If you had an appointment that was affected by covid and you wish to rebook using the deposit you have already paid, email me at bookings@chloeve.com with your desired date and time and I will lock it in subject to availability.
Alternatively, if you need to lock in a specific date or time ASAP, you can book using a new deposit and I can credit the deposit on the day of your appointment. I am allowing a hold of all deposits for as long as you need until you have another date you wish to rebook for. Deposits are strictly non-refundable. Deposits are transferable meaning you are able to change the date or time of your appointment using the same deposit.
HOW DO I RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
You have complete control of all your upcoming appointments. You are able to reschedule your own appointments using the buttons at the bottom of your original booking confirmation email. (see below).
If you cannot find this email by searching “Chloe Eve” in your email search bar, send me an email at bookings@chloeve.com and I will resend that for you.
NOTE: You are unable to reschedule appointments that have already passed. To use a deposit that you have pending from covid you must email me at bookings@chloeve.com.
