TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to Makeup services, 1:1 Lessons, Brow Tattooing and Gift Cards provided by Chloe Eve. Upon booking an appointment with Chloe Eve, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions;

DEPOSITS

MAKEUP- $80 DEPOSIT BROWS: $100 DEPOSIT 1:1 LESSONS: $100

Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance. Deposits are transferrable meaning you are able to change the date or time of your appointment using the same deposit. Any of these changes to your booking must be made 48 hours prior. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit. Deposits are strictly non transferable within this 48 hour period.

No Shows

Failure to attend your scheduled booking without notifying prior the time of the appointment will result in a loss of deposit as well as the remainder of the appointment being charged to your card.

BRIDAL MAKEUP

Bridal makeup must not be booked online, Please fill out the bridal enquiry form on my website https://www.chloeve.com/services-makeup. You will receive a response via email.

MAKEUP WORKING HOURS

Makeup availability is Monday-Saturday. If there is a date that is not open for availability but you have a group of people interested in booking for that specific date, email bookings@chloeve.com with a request. Sunday’s are opened up for a minimum of 3 people + $20 surcharge per person.

TRAVEL

I do not travel, all bookings take place in my home studio in Bundoora. (*exception for bridal clients*)

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are valid to redeem on services for 18 months after they are issued. The expiry date is 18 months from purchase date. If you book an appointment for less than the dollar amount of the gift card, you can use the remainder left on the code for partial credit toward a new booking.
Misplaced or lost Gift Cards can be re-sent to the recipient upon evidence of proof of purchase and card number.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

You are required to provide information on whether you, the client has allergies to any products or ingredients. In no event shall the artist have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised. For example eczema, sensitive skin and eyes.
